Ted Dennis - Pastor

Ted Dennis has been the Pastor of the Presbyterian Church on Edisto Island since February of 2010.  Ted has come to us by way of Atlanta, GA, Camden, SC, Augusta, GA and Aliquippa, PA.  Ted is a graduate of Presbyterian College with a Masters of Divinity from Princeton Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Pittsburgh Seminary.  Ted and his wife Lillian have deep family roots in the South Carolina, Low Country.  They have two sons of whom they are extremely proud, Eric and Joshua.  Ted is an avid baseball fan and has made several trips to spring training in Florida.  He enjoys reading and being outdoors.  He believes that the woods and the back roads and the creeks and marshes on and around Edisto Island were cunningly designed to lure him and his family to this incredibly beautiful place.  He also believes that the Presbyterian Church on Edisto Island is strategically placed and supplied with gifts and abilities for the ministry to which it has been called.  Please feel free to call the church or send him an email if you feel that Ted can assist you in any way.  If you like you can click here and follow Pastor Ted's blog.
