People typically seek God in a crisis.  Proverbs 13:11 says that wealth (natural and spiritual) gained in haste will often diminish under the pressure of a crisis, but "who gathers little by little will increase."  God has a promise available for every trouble we face when we are able to rest confidently in the provisions He has already made.  With that in mind, the focus of the study will be:  "How to Enter the Sabbath Rest."  Teachings will be followed by small group discussion over the eight week period of September 15 to November 3 (2-4pm).  No workbook and no homework!  If you have any questions, please contact the church office.

Because of the upcoming Labor Day holiday, the Presbyterian Men's breakfast will not be meeting September 4th.  They will instead meet on September 11th at 8:00am in the E&F Building.  Chefs this month are Tommy Sandel and David Lybrand.
